RISKS
Please keep in mind that an IV infusion is technically considered an invasive treatment. This is because a major blood vein will be accessed to give the infusion. Hence there are risks associated with this such as an infection, redness or swelling of the insertion site. There is also risk of throwing off the body electrolyte balance.
People with medical conditions that could be inflamed with an IV infusion should consult their physician prior to getting this treatment. Also note that dehydration is not the sole cause of a hangover, therefore hydration is not the sole “cure”. Depending on every patient’s physiological needs, other treatments may be considered to achieve full treatment. Explore these options with your Primary Care Physician or Nurse Practitioner.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Procedures like Botox, Vitamin injectables, and IV infusion therapies are not covered by insurance, payment will need to be made upfront prior to your treatment.
Please discuss your payment options with the health care provider before starting your infusions.
